As our global team continues to grow rapidly, we are in search of an Administrative Assistant with previous experience completing tasks and projects with competing priorities for multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Support administrative activities associated with business registrations, insurance, and IT including making phone calls, creating summaries, scheduling reviews, and updating project trackers, etc.
  • Perform calendar coordination; document meeting minutes and action items
  • File documents across multiple departments per specified naming conventions
  • Field phone calls with select US vendors 
  • Support office supply inventory, storage, and overall workspace management
  • Prepare and organize invoices, receipts, spreadsheets and other reports as needed
  • Label and package samples; create shipping labels, drop offs, and manage returns

 

What we’re looking for:

  • 2+ years of administrative experience within a fast-paced, growing business
  • Technology savvy with proficiency in Apple products, Adobe Creative Suite, Excel, and G-Suite; willingness to learn additional platforms and software
  • Demonstrated, strong interpersonal and communication skills in the English language; business proficiency in French, Mandarin, Cantonese and/or Vietnamese is a huge plus
  • Local to Minneapolis, MN or willing to relocate
  • Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
  • Able to meet tight deadlines and work evenings as needed
